If your feed reader supports importing OPML, you can subscribe to everything at once.

This website is not for children. The option to exclude r18+ images is for the comfort of adults who don’t want to see that material, and is not for the sake of children. This does not eliminate written adult content, or difficult and triggering materials (such things will have content warnings provided).

If the OPML files don’t work, you can add feeds manually.
